This project is the first enterprise in China to realize “harmless, automatic, large-scale and intelligent” in the whole process of yeast culture production from Baijiu distillers’ grains through multi technology integration (including microbial solid fermentation technology, rice husk separation technology, rice husk fuel technology, low-cost seed production technology, etc.). The project was officially completed and put into operation in Gujinggong Industrial Park in 2016, and is operating well. The bio fermented feed produced mainly from ancient distiller’s grains is used for the cultivation of alcohol mother liquor.
Overview
Construction scale and main construction contents of the project: The project plans to use more than 80 mu of land. It needs to build modules such as distiller’s grains pre fermentation workshop, automatic production workshop, finished product warehouse, raw material warehouse, supporting workshop, comprehensive office building, etc., with a construction area of about 20000 square meters. It is necessary to support biological fermentation feed production equipment, build plant roads, greening, water supply and drainage, power transformation and distribution, fire protection, sanitation and other auxiliary facilities, forming an annual processing capacity of 135000 tons of Baijiu distiller’s grains, and produce 50000 tons of biological fermentation feed.

The project production basically does not consume water resources, and the fermentation and drying plan uses clean energy natural gas. To reduce energy consumption, the production process adopts multiple energy-saving measures, such as using the heat generated by biological fermentation to remove material moisture; Fermentation and drying equipment adopt strict insulation measures to reduce heat emission; Drying exhaust emissions pass through the waste heat system, recovering heat for use in production processes, etc; The selection of main production equipment complies with relevant national energy-saving technology standards and is equipped with corresponding energy measuring instruments, strictly implementing energy management
