The Weite Electromechanical Equipment Environmental Protection New Material Production Line is a technological achievement industrialization project of superconducting magnetic medium coagulation precipitation technology, and is the first complete set of equipment in the domestic environmental protection field. The production process includes: automatic delivery of raw materials → bag breaking feeding → drying → batching → grinding → magnetic separation → screening → packaging → palletizing → automatic storage and loading of finished products. The finished product packaging line is divided into two specifications: ton bag line and 25-50kg small bag line. A packaging palletizing production line can meet the functions of fully automatic measuring packaging, sewing, shaping and labeling, palletizing, etc. for two specifications of 25kg and 50kg. The automatic loading system is connected to the three-dimensional warehouse to meet the loading needs of various non box vehicles, realizing automatic handling and stacking of goods, saving time, effort, energy and efficiency.
