Mining sealing material is a material with extremely high tensile and compressive strength, which can effectively prevent problems such as mine water inrush and collapse. This material is usually mixed with cement, fly ash and other materials, and has good waterproof and anti-seepage properties, as well as good self leveling and short curing time. For example, in tunnel engineering, mining sealing materials can be used to seal cracks and diseases in tunnels, improving the safety and durability of tunnels; in underground mines, mining sealing materials can be used to deal with problems such as mine water inflow and collapse, and maintain the normal production of mines.

Mining sealing materials are mainly composed of cement, fly ash as the main raw materials, and two other auxiliary materials mixed in a certain proportion and packaged. Two types of main materials are transported and stored in vertical warehouses by tanker trucks, while two types of auxiliary materials are transported and stored in bags. Both main and auxiliary materials are automatically weighed and packaged (25kg/bag) by automatic measuring and conveying devices according to a certain proportion after being mixed and lifted into the packaging equipment for automatic weighing and packaging. The packaging bag is a woven outer bag made of plastic film inner bag and covered with kraft paper. The inner bag and outer bag are sealed by sewing, and after sealing, they are transported to the coding position by a conveyor device. The robot performs coding and stamping, and the coded materials are transported to the forklift fork position by a roller. The stacking system sends the materials to the designated three-dimensional warehouse location through the stacker. The warehouse management system (WS) records procurement, sales, and production data.
