Soil Amendment Production Line

Soil amendments refer to formulations that can improve soil structure and physical and chemical indicators. After being applied to the soil, they can promote the formation of stable aggregate structures and soil colloid complexes. Soil amendments contain natural substances such as organic fertilizers, minerals, etc. Its functions include improving soil physical and chemical properties, enhancing soil resistance to water erosion, increasing ion exchange rate in soil, improving saline alkali land, buffering pH value, adsorbing heavy metals, increasing soil microbial population, improving enzyme activity, increasing soil temperature, improving soil fertility and crop yield.

Overview of Production Process

Manually use forklifts to load five types of raw materials into five corresponding raw material warehouses, and the five materials are measured and transported to the screening machine in a certain proportion for screening. The screened materials are collected and transported to a continuous mixing mixer for mixing, and then transported to a packaging machine. The automatic bagging machine provides packaging bags for the packaging machine, and the materials packaged by the packaging machine enter the sewing seam through the conveyor. After sealing, the material is transported to the palletizing position by the conveying equipment, and the robot performs palletizing. The palletized materials are then transported to the finished product warehouse by forklift. The truss robot automatic loading system mainly consists of five modules: truss robot, truck positioning system, vision system, robot gripper, and control system. Forklifts transfer materials from the finished goods warehouse to the drum conveyor line, and the materials are loaded onto the truck through a robotic automatic loading system. The Warehouse Management System (WMS) records procurement, sales, and production data.

7) Intelligent functions such as warehouse management system (WMS) expiration date management, goods distribution, inventory warning management, integrated ERP system message notification, etc.
